Icom IC-2100H Portable Manpack Project

This is a project I've been working on in my spare time. I took an old aluminum laptop case, removed all the briefcase hardware from it, and turned it into a "body" for my manpack project. I had my 2100H laying around doing nothing, so I ordered up a 12v 18aH Sealed Lead-Acid battery, made a wiring harness and an extension for the speaker/programming jack. As you can see, it fits in a standard backpack, and weights about 25 pounds total.
